Service Packages

Our workship services are the engine room of our business. Whether you use your bike for competative events, commuting or recreation, a reliable bike service is key in ensuring that you continue to enjoy your bike and it works well. A regular bike service by professionals increases the longevity of your bike as well as your riding pleasure. It also helps prevent unexpected, avoidable issues and repair costs.

On Arrival

We will check over your bike with you and agree on the work to be done to suit your budget and needs, if you're not sure please contact us or pop in and we are happy to discuss free of obligation before commencing any work.

Servicing is strictly on a pre-booked basis and unless agreed prior to the works does not include parts. If issues are found during the works we will communicate this to you to ensure no hidden suprises.  

Bike Check Up

Bike Check Up

  • Excluding parts & lubricants
  • M' check of all critical moving parts.
  • Inspection of frame, fork and cockpit for proper alignment and any damage.
  • Seat post removed and regrease.
  • Check of gears
  • Check of the brakes.
  • Tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure.
  • All fixings checked and tightened.
General Service

General Service

£85

  • Everything included in the Bike Check plus (excluding parts & lubricants): 
  • Headset checked for excessive play.
  • Drivetrain & Crankset removal and service
  • Bottom bracket inspection.
  • Wheels checked for any damage and trued.
  • Brake pads, cables checked and if worn replaced
  • (EXTRA) E-bike: (bosch, shimano, Fazua, Mahle Bafang updates, motor & battery care: £40
  • Tandem: extra components: + £30
  • Hydraulic bleed per brake: + £15
  • Suspension subject to works required - price tbc 
  • Brompton Bicycle: + £20
Premium Service

Premium Service

  • Everything included in a General Service plus full strip down and service of all components (excluding parts & lubricants):
  • Fork and headset removed checked for wear/damage.
  • Hubs checked for wear and replaced if necessary (bearings at additional cost).
  • Fresh bar tape fitted if necessary (with additional cost)
  • Hydraulic bleed per brake: + £15 
  • Time trial bike full service: + £30
  • Brompton Bicycle: + £20

Suspension

Recommended service intervals - Rockshox – 50 hours of riding. Fox – 40 hours of riding

200 hour / 1 year Service:

  • Lower service includes:– Pre service check for function, damage and recording of settings
  • Thorough cleaning of inside and out of the unit
  • Lower strip down and inspection of internals
  • Replacing dust wipers and foam o rings
  • Re-assembly with new oil and lubrication
  • Re-pressurisation of air units
  • Post service test and re-introduction of personal settings
  • Advice on settings and maintenance
  • Cost TBC (excluding parts & lubricants)

Just like your forks your shock needs a regular service too. Regular servicing prevents irreversable damage, whilst keeping your bike performing at its best.
